Fotmob is great.
It certainly is and it's great that you can set your faves goal sound too, so when City score mine says "it's a goal" with horns beeping, and if the opposition score it goes "boooooooo". The goal notifications are shit hot quick, and it's free.

100% well worth getting.

When I were a lad we had Piccadilly radio for that ... with the added excitement of wondering wether "It's a goal!" would be for United or Bolton and "Oh noooo" would be for whoever had scored against City, Rochdale or Bury.

Happy times.
They were happy times indeed strangeways. Piccadilly Radio was brilliant on a Saturday afternoon with James H and the Doc. I loved the excitement of the "it's a goal" or the shit yourself ness of "ohh nooo", as George Harrison's "I've got my mind set on you" played merrily away. By having this app I've tried to replicate the joys of my Saturday afternoon youth.

God, even the thought of that, "ohhh nooo" makes my blood run cold even now !

On the other hand there was this feeling.

I've recently started doing a bit of walking to keep healthier, nothing major, just a 4 or 5 miles, am interested to know the distances and have seen a few mentions of things like map my walk etc, trouble is I don't know how to get them to my phone, never had a app before, just use my phone for phoning.

Can some kind soul tell me in idiot proof terminology just what I need to do to get one of these on my blackberry, I've noticed bbworld but have never ventured inside, is it straightforward to do, are they pay as you use, or free?

I have 'maps' on my phone, will that do the job?

Cheers in advance.

Apologies for bumping my own post but I didn't get an answer, also forgot to mention that when I say walking, well it's dogging really, I need to know how far I walk to the dogging site and back, any help gents?

My Galaxy GT-i9000 died 3 days ago after 4 years loyal service.

This is a recent picture of him in all his pomp.

I want to buy another i9000 because I liked my late galaxy so much.

Before anyone asks it's not soft bricked or hard bricked it's full bricked and there is absolutely no life or light coming from it.

It's a dead Parrot.
