Got in the queue after 5 goes and then took under 10 mins. Level 1 only first 8 rows available so went to L2 (527A) Row 15, anyone got a plan of Wembley? £50 + £7.50 for i dont know what.
what do you mean "only first 8 rows available"? please don't tell me they're not selling all of the bands of ticket!!

It costs £7 an hour for call centre staff and they charge £2 booking fee per ticket. I don't really have to do the maths to explain the benefit of putting more staff on.

Called the TO (option 1) and was cut off 4 times straight away. I've now been on hold for 30 mins to SS (option 2) instead.

Does anyone know what the difference is between a category A or category D seat?

Dont know pal, just asked for high up as possible in Level 1 and told row 8 was the highest i could go. Looks like 527 is Level 3 as well

Spent 40 mins on hold and spoke to SS. They can only do disabled tickets and its basically due to high demand and tough that you just get cut off. So I'm no better off having wasted an hour and however much money on 0871 calls!

SS did say you can choose how much you want to pay so the top tier £30 tickets should be available.

Going to try again later now because the queue will be even longer.

/rant over

yes through and booked 3 tickets unable to choose the £30 tickets only had the choice of £50 and £60, asked why and they said they havent released them yet so 3 in block 133 1st tier behind the goal

And you didn't question that? So they are basically only selling the most expensive tickets first to make sure they sell? Fucking ridiculous
