Also they woudnt publish the photos because of the sensitivty of them, for the familys etc

yes they would....my mate died in a bike crash last year in thailand....and unfortunately i found it pretty easy to get pictures of the scene and him from the thai press websites

Yee. Even Spain puts pictures of severed limbs etc. on their front pages.
