I have downloaded that and extracted the files (based on understanding gained from downloading wembley 99 the other day) but I can't seem to run the programme. Any idea why?

Open the folder, which should be named 'AdobePhotoshopCS3' then go into 'Adobe_Photoshop_CS3'. Then scroll down there should be a application called 'Photoshop' with 'Ps' icon to the left of it, right click that, make a shortcut, and drag the shortcut onto your desktop.

For all those trying to get hold of a dodgy copy of Photoshop dont bother you'll either end up with a virus or you'll spend all night downloading copies that wont work.

Just do a search on google for GIMP ! now there's a test of faith ;o)

I have that logo but when I try opening it it doesn't work. Was I right to extract the files? I think I have separated everything in the programme when maybe I shouldn't.

Right click; open as administrator.
