You're almost there...just ensure you can view the image on its own page. You can do that by right-clicking on the flikr image and 'View Image'.
Then all you gotta do is
copy the image link here and hit the Img button above.
Use the Preview button first to ensure its OK, then hit Submit.

Sometimes the image has to be reduced to fit the pixel limit here.
