Hmm, there's lots of ways to do the same thing and I'm not really sure what you are asking? :)

Sweep's face colour was changed using a combination of HSL (hue saturation and lightness) and levels.
Glauber's face the same again and the heal brush
Hughes' face was the same again again and the clone brush.
Plus lots of other little tweaks.

Kind of getting there with Photo Shop but a long way to go .
 
Smurf world record smashed by 2,510 Swansea students

The world record for the largest number of people dressed as Smurfs was smashed in the early hours of this morning.

The city of Swansea was turned blue as a group of 2,510 people, the majority of whom were students from the local university, crammed into the Oceana nightclub to almost double the previous record.
