The hull game was a bit moody from memory. Swales pulled up in the car park while people were scrapping!
Looks like a game I was at, won 2-0, I'd say very early in the 88-89 season. I was in the seats up the side.

Some of the Mottram/Stalybridge lads who used to drink in the Hunters and the Roe Cross in the second photo...John Miles with the tash...and Dave? in front if im not mistaken. Good lads.

It was a bitterly cold night and then the next morning it snowed heavily and flights from Milan and Turin airports had long delays or cancellations, some Blues took 3 days to get home.

One of the coldest nights I've ever had at a football match. Everton at home, just over two years ago, is another.
