Cooper has progressed to off lead.
Took a chance with him all this week. I wouldn’t call his recall perfect by any definition of the word, but I am confident that he reacts to the whistle and comes looking for me.
He needs to run. Has energy to burn.

What a beautiful dog you have. He’s absolutely gorgeous, full of energy, and so uplifting to watch him thoroughly enjoying himself

He’d run like that for about 45 minutes non stop, all through the park.
I stop for coffee, then he’d do another 45 minutes back through the park.
There’s a further mile and a half walk to and from the park, to home.

Boundless energy.
