For what it's worth, the major hurdle has been passed with having BvB agree to terms on their end.

Agents wrangling for more money and longer contacts, squeezing as much as they can out of City, are to be expected and I would expect a compromise to be reached over time.

Wasn't this the reason Hazard did not move to City? Agent fee could not be agreed to? I don't recall exactly.
