Or go 433 with Aubameyang and Aguero up top with someone else (Griezmann?). If we could sign both Aubameyang and Griezmann.... just wow! With improvements in mid and on D, this front three would instantly make us serious contenders/favorites for the UCL next season.

Yeah, yeah... bit of Football Manager here... but with Pep in charge of signings coupled with a huge amount of cash to spend in the summer window... just maybe this will happen.

€60mil seems a lot for a player that seems to need to play in a counter attacking team. I don't think we will get much chance to counter attack in the league next season, I'd prefer a more technical player. Don't know who though

I think pretty much all German teams play counterattacking football, with the exception of Bayern. It didn't take KDB long to adjust...

You are correct. But De Bruyne isn't a centre forward who relies preliminary on speed and space in-behind the defense

Agree Falcao was the best cf in the world before he done his knee before the World Cup.

Hard to say for sure... but position for position... Germany was better than Columbia even if Falco was on form.

Going into the WC, I thought that Germany would win and that Argentina would come in 2nd (provided that they didn't face Germany prior to the final).

The biggest surprise for me in the WC was how bad Spain was... didn't see that coming. I thought that Spain would be the 3rd best squad followed closely by Belgium.

Brazil - favored by a bunch of pundits - were just way too inconsistent - and were really godawful on defense. I'm honestly surprised that Brazil made the final four, in spite of hosting the tournament.
