Butter pie,how come nobdy has mentioned it ,blody lovely with chips and beans

Butter pies are brilliant. Love them but you can't get them in the chippy and I think I prefer a meat and potato with my chips peas and gravy.

Away from the chippy though butter pies are king.

Best place to get them is Glovers,Excellent pies if only they were sold at a chippy

Ooh, my gran lives in Shevington and we go through Standish on the way there. I'll have to stop off and get a pie next time I'm heading over.

who'd have thought.... a pro pie muncher from chorley!! ;) i've had my fair share of marsdens in the past, but gave them up as i couldn' t
handle the heartburn. I don't have that problem with hall's meat & pot or chunky steak though!!
