I subscribe to DAZN, but I think I'd have to setup a virtual IP address or whatever to make it think Im in Canada...might just have to wait the 24 hours and see if it shows up on City TV!

That unfortunately won't work. If you run a VPN it notices and allows you to log in but will not show anything.
