PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Wow! Ive just watched Melissa Reddy on SSN do an absolute emotional hatchet job on Pep in response to his presser. If there was any doubt that Sky were impartial in this....and tbf there wasnt.....shes just hung SSN by the balls. Vehemently feeling the need to inform viewers of everything Sky think is inaccurate about his comments and then openly criticising him for saying he will stay vs comments he made two years ago and trying to suggest they are contradictory when they werent is shameful unprofessional journalism. Ill be surprised if she keeps her job. Her mate Kevin Solihull Chief Reporter has been hammering city for a week. There is zero balance to Sly Sports coverage of this. Gotta feel sorry for Mike Wedderburn working with that shower
She’s dipper and a thick one at that and don’t be naive to think ssn will sack her or that prick Kaveh, they are both know nowt twats up their own arse

Maybe the reason why City have higher commercial income than others is that they actually win things?

What have United won since Ferguson departed, one FA Cup, one UEFA cup and one League Cup, the latter two under Mourinho? Liverpool have been arguably less successful over a much longer timeframe. As for Arsenal, forget it! Spurs did win a Championship 60 years ago. Only Chelsea come anywhere near in terms of winning Trophies.

Their worldview is stuck in the late 90's and early 00's where there was a top 4 and City were no where near it.

They, and other pundits and so called journalists, can't seem to compute that those days were 20 years ago and things have changed.

Not always been his biggest fan, but fair play to Sam Allardyce for voicing some support for us this week. Makes a change to hear someone not just trotting out the type of uninformed shite that we've endured from the likes of Simon Jordan and Gabby Agbonlahor in the last few days:

Speaking to William Hill and Footy Accumulators’ No Tippy Tappy Football, a series in which Sam Allardyce and host Natalie Pike are joined by a special guest each week to discuss the big stories surrounding the 2022/23 Premier League and beyond, Allardyce said: “Of course there is jealousy – all the other clubs will be rubbing their hands together wanting Man City to be found guilty, as we’ve seen in the press.

“Football has always been unfair. The fact that if you have more fans, you have more money to spend, that’s what it was like when I played. The ones that had the most fans had the most money, and that’s how they grew. Football is a business now; as long as it’s the right money coming in, why not welcome it?

“It seems like the owners and the chief executives want City kicked out of the league which is not the right thing to do. I hope they aren’t found guilty and prove the other side and come out on top.”
Big Sam defending ’back handers’ ?? ;)

She's shagging a former Liverpool and current Bayern player and is a former Liverpool fanzine writer. I don't know why we are supposed to take her seriously as an impartial journalist just cos she got a job for Sky.

It’s not a “correction”. The ENTIRE story was bullshit. And they clearly didn’t reach out Haaland or his reps before publishing which is literally failure of Fuckstick Reporting 101. I concur they were told retract or be sued.
But they got it out there in the public domain, retractions not withstanding.
For the wilfully ignorant that is enough to convince them of its veracity.
