Until the club start making statements about this witch hunt and suing or banning people who want to destroy us from our ground then the media narrative will not change.

As I said before I am not going( as a Chelsea supporter) comment on the validity or otherwise of the charges but will on process.

I am not sure that City would have any grounds to withhold any documents re finances if requested even if they were thought by City to be irrelevant

I've no doubt City are quite happy to provide their financial records and have done so. The issue seems to be the EPL (in reality lobbyists from the red clubs) are saying that they can't possibly be true and there must be some gotcha somewhere. City probably just keep presenting their accounts, as audited by professional auditors and that's it. What more do the premier league to satisfy E.1?
