Maybe we only just received the audio recording after the charges came out? Anything is possible. In all likelihood you are probably correct but it would be great in this instance if you are not -:)

If this is true. Isn’t it illegal to record someone without their knowledge? Thus could not be used as evidence.
Is that not a totally separate issue to what we are being charged of?
