PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

If the pl have proof that City have been fiddling the books, why are the pl with holding this from the taxman ?

Wouldnt withholding information like that also be an offence ?
We made huge losses in those early years of Sheik Mansour's ownership. Even HMRC would struggle to find a reason to tax us under those circumstances.

No they're not.

What's on trial here is the business model of the oil rich Gulf States, what the Premier League is basically saying is anything and everything coming out of that part of the world is related.

That's a big case to prove, the cartel clubs that run the game have bitten off more than they can chew.
Makes me laugh that the likes of Spitty are getting all excited about the rumours Everton are to be deducted 12 points for FFP breaches. They’re putting 2 and 2 together and expecting us to be placed in the conference. If what I understand is correct, on the one hand we have “The traditional top 4” clubs throwing their toys out of the pram and threatening a Super League v Manchester City and Sheikh Mansour, the thrust of the argument against threatening Middle East relations and trade bearing in mind the nature of the allegations question their truthfulness, morals and honour? The corrupt and inept Premier League and F.A. Being the investigating authorities?

The thick cunts don’t stand a chance.

Thick, fan boys, spitty and ratville would never understand the sophisticated, nuances of this situation, not to mention the intricate legalities. They are Talksport voice over men pandering to a desperate jealous following.

Four Walls Whiskey is an Irish American whiskey brand from Glenn Howerton, Rob McElhenney and Charlie Day.

Who owns Wrexham?

Wrexham FC, owned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney

Right so it’ll quite clearly be a related party transaction. Like I said, plenty of owners do that, they’d be stupid not to tbh. I still don’t get the point the guy was making, it’s not a comparable to us.

I only come on this thread to ask the same question. Does anyone have any idea when this saga is coming to an end. How long can an investigation last?
