Cant help but feel like Everton have just got this out of the way early and not fought against it so they can get on with getting the points back.

Its not in their interest to keep it going all season and get 10pts deducted with 5 games to go and putting them in a relegation battle.

They are appealing the severity of the punishment.

Exactly. Any sympathy I felt for them evaporated with that sly dig which is obviously aimed at ourselves, although Chelsea appear to be in the frame now as well.

Think that if we get any punishment we'd appeal the actual punishment and get a fine or similar.

But they can suck my sack regardless of whether they deem us to have broken the rules or not. The FFP thing has been anything but a Fair Play innovation from the start.
