The insane act of self destruction by the PL has already happened.

It happened the moment they decided to hit us with 115 charges.

If they didn’t want to self destruct they don’t charge us. It’s that simple.

If we are found guilty we are fucked - and the PL will have to deal with almost every club in the league over the 10 year period having some sort of financial claim against us.

I admire your optimism - but the case can’t be stopped now and I doubt the PL nor any clubs will have any influence in the outcome.

Its the number 115 which getting the media creaming their pants , which when broken down are five or six charges repeated on an annual basis , so we beat six charges in every season the 115 charges go away , the idiot red 'istree fans who only read the headlines in the Sun & Mail just presume we are bound to fail some of the 115 charges.
It only confirms how we have damaged the Rags & Dippers their only hope of overtaking our club is off the field of play and begging UEFA & the Premier league to clip our wings. Well we f*cked UEFA off and if we do the same to the Premier league it will mortify our accusers , they will have nowhere to go , unless they blame us for killing Bambi :)

in Normal uk law then yes you could pull the case 1 minute before it gets in court, the PL i dont know they seem to have some crazy rules however i would think they could withdraw charges at any moment prior to hearing

The PL knew exactly what the consequences were when they charged City, too late for them to have second thoughts now.

Can you imagine the public outcry of corruption if they withdrew the charges before the hearing.

Whether it be political pressure and the PL shitting it, the time for anything to happen was before the charges. Too late now.
