PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Rabin has gone from twitter though now,i think it was last week he posted that he was coming off it,big loss for our corner.
True mate. I read his valedictory message and he was sick of the animosity on X / Twitter about the Israel / Gaza conflict. Rabin will be a big loss but he has to think of his own mental health.

Maybe there is now an opportunity to work with Everton fans to inform other fanbases about Premier League corruption. Obviously, the red shirts will be impervious.

If any opposing fans say why are City holding things up they should be told that if the PL had not gone potty issuing 115 charges the whole process would be a lot quicker. In short, City are simply defending themselves against a complainant that appears to have lost the plot and/or is under duress from the red cartel.

Spot on.

Sponsorships - dealt with comprehensively at CAS. No issues.
Image rights - dealt with by UEFA in 2015. No action taken.
Mancini contract - completely fucking irrelevant. Nothing to see.
I like the cut of your jib, Col.

If it doesn’t end up being an unequivocal victory for us and they insist on nailing us for something, then hopefully it’ll be a modest points deduction for the non-cooperation bullshit.

I saw a segment on the news where some MPs were urging the Government to bring forward the independent regulator in response to the Everton punishment. If the regulator comes in whilst the proceedings against us are ongoing does the commission appointed by the PL still have jurisdiction or would the regulator have some say over the case?

It all feels political to me , anything could happen imo

The PL are trying to do us for the same thing UEFA did... so surely it must follow that they will punish the Rags for failing FFP too?!
Unfortunately the PL FSR is different than UEFA's and the rags managed to meet the PL's despite debt of <£1B after all debt is good in the football world its investment that's evil
