PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I find it unbelievable that any organisation would do this to themselves.

OK, if clubs were going to the wall left right & centre, I'd get it, but they're not, so why cripple yourself to appease the four founding members of the PL?

It's the Red Top Mafia & Spuds who need fuckin off.
I agree but the PL have made their bed so automatically lumping them in with the aforementioned clubs. Whatever happens this is the end one way or another.

It’s crazy they weren’t prepared to take City’s offer of £130 million with £100 million of it upfront. Turned out much better for us getting Haaland instead.
Levy HATES City. He made it clear he wanted £160m or don't bother calling & wouldn't budge.

It was Kane who signed a six year deal with no buy out clause, so he only has himself to blame.

I bet no ambitious player worth his salt signs for Spuds without an achievable BoC again. Wasn't this the cause of a transfer collapsing a couple of seasons ago?

Again, maybe boring people but I just don’t believe the PL advanced due to pressure from other clubs, albeit I’m sure it played a part. For me it’s most likely that this case was a desperate last ditch attempt to try and stall (with the dream of killing) an independent regulator coming in and risking their cash cow.
I think that yes it was rushed to head off the regulator. I also think, I know thinking is dangerous;-), that the clubs with the most to lose with an independant regulator are the one's who run the premier league. The red tops and spuds, they would have been the one's putting pressure on the PL and puppet Masters to rush through these breaches to avoid losing control of the cash cow at this time after they have connived for the last 15 years to stop City. If an IR comes in they could just see the15 years of planning their dirty tricks disappear overnight.
EDIT. I dont have a clue why that has appeared like that. I, @blue manchester was quoting @mac: and it has appeared as @mac: is replying to me @bluemanchester. I would like to blame gremlins but propably my IT skillset is low;-)

The only end it needs to be is that of the Cartel Clubs. We need to herald in a new PL, which serves the best interests of the majority, not the self serving four.

Blue tinted specs maybe but I'd tell the red top clubs and spurs to 7uck off from the league.
Nobody cares about them anymore.
Let em leave and set a wank super league up.
It'll crash and burn.

Let your other less fashionable clubs in the red tops eyes flourish ,
that the red tops and spurs have held back for years.

Their only relevant because of the paid for journalists and media.
