I would take all that with a pinch of salt. I just read the first few paragraphs. Full of mistakes.

A few: City don't have a problem meeting PSR, Villa do not don't, Arsenal don't not do, City haven't been under investigation since 2023 etc etc.

Some club owners want a system where there's no chance of relegation, with PSR we've virtually got that, same three clubs coming and going down each season as they can't spend to compete.

I find it somewhat ironic that Leicester could find themselves in breach of PSR when they've been shouting louder than most about suing your club!
