Nothing is time barred if you've acted fraudulently - which is what the accusation is.

That was the most important point argued at CAS. UEFA couldn't prove that City had deliberately mislead them, which is why the court ruled on older stuff being time-barred.

True. With this coming from the league rather than random shite from German papers then longer is possible. Even if nothing proven and we end up not guilty though, the doubt while this is ongoing will stop players joining us.

No wonder Liverpool fancy their chances with Bellingham still. This will certainly put doubt in his mind about joining us at the very least.

It’s easy to blame others but IF we have broken the rules we should be directing our anger to our own organisation for ever thinking this was acceptable.
