PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Why does art need arbitration? Is it to decide whether something submitted as art can actually be classed as art or not?
It’d be to do with ownership (national and individual), authenticity, copyright and the like.
They reckon it takes 9 months for a case to be heard and resolved, another indicator that the ‘115’ taking a while is not at all unexpected.

@slbsn has already called it nonsense in the replies.

Hard not to get wound up by the pure unbalanced waffle this guy posts. Too many clowns buying into his bile.
It's simple, don't read it and you won't get wound up. Just have sympathy for the ones who do buy into it, they must have very sad lives.

Turns out that both are correct phrases. Chomping is actually now a more popular way of saying it. Champing is very much on the decline. Thingy may have a point after all.
The use of chomping is an eggcorn. Rob Watts, who is an excellent youtuber, explains eggcorns well both on his channel Robwords and on the Words Unravelled podcast he does with Jess Zafarris. I recommend the latter because I think Jess is rather nice :)

We’re on about different people. The journalist would be Chris Bailey…
‘Fingy’ to us older lads is Donald Farrar; he used to call everybody ‘fingy’
I hope we don’t get another charge now due to evidence being uncovered that Donald finally managed to borrow 10p off some shadowy Arab type called Fingy unmasked by Der Spiegel.
