PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Even so, the vote was 2v1; it amazed me why the 1 was so blindfolded, read bribed!
Of course those on the other side will claim that it was the 2 that were bribed. Which is the problem when the verdict is announced, whoever is on the wrong side of it will claim it was a corrupt process. The reality is that if 3 senior KC's can be bribed everyone may as well give up now.

Oh come on mate. Everyone knows we have one set of ‘official’ accounts & another set where we launder money for a national state’s criminal proceeds
The only thing that's changed in 40 years is that we used to use the other set to record the actual attendances rather than the "official" ones.

Don’t you ever read Rawk or ragcafe?

They’re both incredibly informative websites on all things regarding City’s financial matters & blatant cheating

I believe if you add up the IQ of all of the posters on said websites who comment on City’s case with the PL, it’s less than 115
LOL my bad!!

Didn’t the announcement of the independent regulator coincide with the announcement of our 115 charges?
Yes, and the cynics amongst us did wonder whether, by issuing the charges, the PL wasn't trying to make the point they could be trusted to regulate themselves.

So Paqueta was falsely accused of spot fixing, will we be able to sue the FA because of a failed transfer that caused us serious commercial disruption and social media pile ons of the 'guilty by association" variety ?

Slaphead Ziegler and the walking corpse Ogden are on sky sports news media whatever it is tonight at 1030.
Must tune in if the paint on my walls hasnt dried.

I'm coming to the conclusion that the PL suits have begged the judgement panel to delay the result into the dim and distant future, pleading a special case for this multi billion industry, one of the few that England has left.By which time all the current crop of us Blues will be resident in a home for the befuddled and bewildered rambling on about 115 being a made up number. Much to the amusement of our great great grandkids.

It won’t see the light of day.

One page release saying charges cleared but had reason to investigate. Monetary charge and case closed.

It’s going Epstein level of nothing to see here…

That would be a shame, was hoping the whole world could read how Richard Masters accused Simon Pearce and James Hogan of committing perjury in a Swiss Court of Law (CAS). Masters may need legal advice very shortly about some personal 'issues'.

If it was a 1 page document we would know now, it’s the writing up off a 10 week trail in a way that will be read like no other case before and the losing party will have the best lawyers looking for any fault.

This is way it is taking so long!

That said…

Tomorrow?

Not really for Dipperpool they have an ageing squad, have just won the league got a large insurance payout so need to spend if they are to kick on. Don't forget Salah, VVD and Alisson will need replacing soon aswell.
Average age of PL squad 25.6 years
Average age of Liverpool 25.8 years
Average age of City 26.0 (soon to be 25.7)

Liverpool don't have an old squad.

Try Fulham at 28.1
