Was that from the public speaker with the dossier?All probably true. Nobody has much to gain from these kind of situations. I got a threatening letter myself once and got a solicitor contact to send one back. That was the end of it.

Well, evrn the boy who cried wolf was telling the truth once...he has denied the comment ;
At the very least this breaks a number of PL rules I would imagine.
But yes, I doubt the club are bobothered.
They'll patch something up.
Storm in a tea cup. At most city will be mildly irritated.
The exec team will have long since moved on and will have far bigger things to concern themselves with.
Naive in the extreme to think this stuff doesn’t go on during gardening leave and very little to gain for City spoiling for a fight over it.
Putting aside the contractual situations, which are for the clubs and employees to sort internally if they want to, what PL rules does it break? Being 'fair towards others'? There would also have to be a complaint for the PL to look at anything, presumably.
And how did the papers get a hold of it.
B15 and J13 for a start.
No complaint required if the PL becomes aware.
And, good question. If this is the quality of the new people at United, maybe we will just be OK.
i would say the club are not bothered in the grand scheme of things but would likely to be saying okay well why arent you cracking down on these 'minor' breaches but you want to absolutely nail us to the cross for everything you possibly can.It's naive in the extreme to think all clubs don't discuss ways to get around FFP but it was fucking stupid to put it in emails in an unsecured environment. And look what happened.

in a court room setting it does tho, you use every bargaining chip you can get your hands on and if they are investigating us differently than they are investigating others it would be remiss of our legal team to not question why.I get what you mean but it doesn’t work like that unfortunately.
