PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

The playing nice approach hasnt helped us with the vultures in media, FA+PL and rival clubs. They wont stop until they see us burried. Time to get nasty as we are at war with all of them. Hire the best agencies, PR and legal team to dig up all the dirt we can on them. Time to fully back our Club as we are pushed against the wall for not knowing our place. We will fight to get our name cleared or take everyone down with us if it comes to that.

If an independent regulator was brought into the Premier league would they have tookover the 4 year investigation into City?

It seems several favoured media outlets were briefed of the intention to charge city prior to the club itself being notified. That will stand us in good stead tp show the fa investigation has also been far from fair.

Similarities with the UEFA leaks here too, and what could be nosy interesting is who leaked this information. I wonder if an independent investigation, or city as part of it, could request the sources of the leaks are revealed? That may be very interesting indeed.

Sometimes you get pelters for thinking everyone is against you and it's all q big conspiracy. Then you look at the constant charges against us, their flimsiness and uncertainty, compared to what other club are permitted to do, and you have to admit it's all a bit cartel-like, isn't it?

The fa could have put the nail in there own coffin here by demonstrating perfectly why an independent body is needed.

I agree with this mate, its time the club make a proper public statement and stop hiding
That is a heartfelt response..we all feel that I guess.somehow I believe the onus is on the PL to prove their point and that maybe not easy when you face probably some of the best lgal minds in the UK,one technicality and all gone..City will keep their powder dry, before during and after..I do not know if any of you read Dickens ? Bleak House..Jarndyce v Jarndyce.

"The case is a central plot device in the novel and has become a byword for seemingly interminable legal proceedings."
