At CAS he testified by sworn letter that he had never paid for a sponsorship or ordered anyone to do so. My bet is this was his testimony again. Maybe in person.

This is The ultimate evidence that we have nothing to hide and is innocent. If we were guilty on some of The more servere charges there is no way he would testify. A cross examination of The owner, would be out of The question if we had any concern about The outcome.
