PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Good work...interesting theory but for my money at the end of the errand the Rags will be 'Fredo'.

Just my theory no doubt influenced by my hatred and contempt for them.

Which conflicts a bit, because I quite like Ange and wish he was at another club than them, or any of the cabal members !

A good Christmas pressie would be a dartboard with Daniel Levy's face as the bullseye .

The loser is going to be punished. Therefore, possible relegation for us, or a points award to us of, say 30 points - a penalty to all the other cunts for maligning us for 15 years. This 30 points cushion might just see us doing 5 in a row, though, the way we're playing at the moment, we might still finish below the scum.
I had never thought of a points award to us when the charges are thrown out. There is not a snowballs chance it would ever happen, but it is an amusing daydream that we finish 29 points behind the victims, and then get awarded 30 points.

That's not entirely true.
Sports organisations have exemptions that allow them to have members agree on different rules that CAN conflict with statute.
A prime example of this is competitions based on gender or age. Specific legal medications excluding you from competition etc.
We already have investment limitations in sport that do not apply to other businesses. The recent ruling on APT didn't rule that putting limits on investments was illegal, it ruled that not applying similar rules to loans was unfair.
The key point is that there is no limitation carve out in the PL rules which, in the absence of that, is English law

And. Whilst all this City bashing has been going on and whilst all this 'the middle east is taking over and needs to be stopped' propaganda has been peddled. The Americans have quietly acquired their 10th club in the Premier League, meaning they now control HALF of the clubs in the league, which means they have at least 50% of the votes in any decisions about the future of the league. Add to this the fact that all UK TV coverage of the league is also American owned and you can see how nobody else stands a chance outside of Uncle Sam's own clubs.

Cunts are always planning for their own ends - sponsored by Donald fucking Trump no doubt.

massive can of worms here. Lets look at the full supply chain for football and see if there are any breaches of Human Rights elsewhere within the chain. House of Lords - full of shite -
It's a classic political strategy mate, I mean Roman historians talking about the Second Triumvirate wrote about it.

It is about drawing lines. You have to draw the lines of moral acceptability so that you are inside of them but your opponents are outside of them, no matter how squiggly those lines are they will be justifiable with the right rhetoric. It's simple really, you investigate human rights abuses of owners but not minority owners. Or full owners but not sponsors. Or owners and major sponsors but not minority sponsors. It's a sort of moral gerrymandering and they all engage in it, arguably its the basis of all political science itself.

I challenge you to go and find the sensationalist headlines and articles about the risk this poses for our great game.... I wouldn't even bother looking if I were you

It baffles me that football fans can not see the danger of American owners.

If fraud is involved, the burden of proof threshold is much higher than balance of probabilities and more aligned with beyond reasonable doubt.
It's not a court of justice. It's an independent tribunal

I'd liken it to a private prosecution where the burden of proof to win a case can be much lower

But as I said, I think the charges will be "unproven"

Fans maybe but sadly some owners just want the money from the cunts, and then its no longer their worry.

Fans don't control the owners sadly, and we are privileged to have our owners, despite some shortfalls in other aspects.
