I don’t give a shit about people on here who want to talk down to people regardless of how true it may or may not be.
However, if it ends up being legit then some of you know it alls are going to look very silly
What page is the christopp post on, I want to know what punishment we are getting.I was out last night (the aviator in Woodford, very nice pub)
There was me, another city fan, a utd fan( though he goes and watches county now and doesn't really talk about utd anymore since they went shite) and a Liverpool fan ( from Stockport, plastic as fuck, never been to Anfield once)
So we're all chit chatting and the scouser pipes up what's happening with city and these charges, you're getting relegated. To which I replied I don't know what you're on about, could you kindly explain! He said I don't know what they are but you're in trouble. So I said basically said you haven't got a clue have you and he said no.
(This is the kind of shite we have to put up with)
I said to his Mrs has he suddenly become a financial expert and a sports law analyst to which she started laughing which fucked him off no end, had a face like a slapped arse.
@christopp just seen your post. Great timing eh?!
Could you take me to your next meeting and introduce me to the whistle-blower??
As a matter of interest which supporter's club was it? Or are you going to go all secret service on us and say you can't disclose it lol.

You do yourself a disservice mate, i value you and a few others on this page, just as much as sibsn. I will shut up on this, unless i can find the evidence :)I'm not aware of (a) any threat by City to CAS or (b) any other body we could have gone to.
The appeal route from UEFA is to CAS and CAS only. There are narrow grounds to appeal to the Swiss courts following a CAS outcome but they are very specific. This is maybe what you're thinking of. I don't think there's been many appeals though and I also believe there's never been a successful one against a case heard by CAS .
You've got this wrong mate and when people like slbsn are telling you you're wrong then it's best to listen.
Liverpool didn’t have to put up with internet trolls as the official birthday of the internet was 1st January 1983 and Heysel was May 1984. Fun fact.Get out more mate
The adult thing to do, in the face of all the things we do know from people who do know more than you, would be to agree this information is shit and quietly disappear from the thread. Or even maybe take the opportunity to learn a few things, so you're better prepared to counter stuff like this if you hear it again. Not really.
Just a bunch of angry people on here who can’t handle considering things going a different way and apparently know everything.
Strange bunch

A very similar story was posted on here a couple of weeks ago and was shown to be extremely dubious at best, and why it was extremely dubious. For one thing the panel has only just finished hearing the evidence and there's unlikely to be an outcome much before Easter. For another, only then will they discuss any sanction. That's why people are angry with you, together with your arrogant attitude when shown to be wrong.
And people who know more than you and who do understand what little we know about the charges have said that's the likelihood of the PL proving their case to the degree required is seemingly very low. Basically that these charges are nonsense and are unlikely to be proven to a level that wouldn h lead to a 40-point deduction or £40m fine.
