Did Everton take points off either of them? Could they have stayed up if Everton hadn't 'cheated'?Finally how can Leeds and Southampton sue. It bonkers thinking. The only club that could possibly construct a case is Leicester as they finished 18th.

So with Everton they detailed the exact amount failed by to justify punishment. With the United ffp failure they mentioned no figures and something about a small loss! Talk about fudging it!
I wouldn't be surprised if Chelsea start to be more obstructive and less compliant.
Their situation looks more severe than Evertons.
Ours is a bit different as we haven't actually seen any evidence of guilt, we haven't admitted anything, so you have to wonder how the Premier League are going to prove anything.
