PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I’ve explained my logic in the post you originally quoted, which you presumably haven’t properly read.
I see neither logic nor consistency in your posts.

You've introduced something to do with 'six years' which has fuck all connection to the dippers hacking our database, City's response or the settlement.

Are you a politician ??

Bollocks.

They accessed our data base covertly and certainly without our authority.

It could've been illegal !!
I think the most likely scenario is we were careless with passwords allowing an employee access to the system after he had departed. If that's the case we could also have been in trouble.

Yes, I frequently struggle to articulate myself and formulate coherent arguments. Good job I don’t have to do any of that for a living.

That doesn’t detract from the fact we could have been liable for claims against us too.

That’s not “bollocks”, that’s just a fact.
Like keeping the front door key to a house you've sold and entering uninvited when the new owner is out.

Additionally, who are the people who would take a case against City knowing the circumstances ?

They'd be more likely to have a case agin the dippers !!

An evacuation plan is in place to move scousers to Ireland. But they have refused any more migrants. A COBRA meeting has taken place and it's rumoured the decision is fuck em..."
Shame there’s no double like on this one
