PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I wonder if it's at all relevant that Keegan broke this story. He has been given information by City before. A sign of confidence maybe?

Clutch that straw :)
No straw clutching mate - I'm sure we will be found NOT guilty and the witch hunt can fuk off once and for all though for the haters (that are many) will never let go - bitter scum

Haha, if ever we need an example of blind loyalty there we go. You would have to think less of people at the club if they have gone out of their way to fiddle the books, we know the reasons why we might have done it and there will be leeway. We should feel disappointed that the club has lied to us as a minimum though. The whataboutery gave me a chuckle too. Our creative accounting will have been more than others, because of their goalpost change we will have had to close the financial gap as much as possible, a lot more than others.

We can agree on one thing though, just wanting it over. I am hopeful the club have told the truth to us along the way.
Similar to the rest of the media pile ons, tone can be massively influenced in whichever direction you wish with a little hidden ‘if’.

The mere appearance of this word renders everything around it worthy of a pinch, or in some cases bucket of salt.

There will be no verdict made until the end of this season I reckon
IMHO I think Ziegler is right - it will be alot sooner than that (end of Jan - maybe) as the 3 man panel will have worked out already it's a load of bollox and just a load of hacked emails spodged together to desperately try and make it look like something else. UEFA round 1 reincarnated. Round 2 and beyond same result. Witch hunting wankers

When we're cleared of this shit I'm going nuclear on WhatsApp, Reddit, Facebook, in work.
All the cunts are getting it I'm going to be fucking unbearable!
Ha, no need for City to weaponise us. Of fact, the very little we ever say is testament to the lack of this.
It’s clear as day that by sheer volume of evidence, the cunts have done it themselves.

To anyone who know how these things work (I get it might be different in a sporting context), will we be given a date when the decision will be made public? Or will one day the news just break?

There will be something else after this is over, especially if we win.
Not sure they can try and nuclear bomb us again like they have been trying to for what seems like a bloody lifetime already surely! Maybe some shit how pep once dumped his kitten when he was a kid coz he wanted a dog instead etc . . .

“The hearing has concluded” doesn’t mean the panel has made its decision does it?

No it doesn't, although I imagine the panel members have a pretty good idea what they think. Next they have to deliberate together for a while, then write a 500 page reasoning before any announcement. The two parties will get an embargoed copy of the judgment for review before it is announced, but no-one else should know anything until it is made public.

At least three months I imagine. The APT reasoning took three months and that was just 190 pages ......

Ziegler will probably be the first to announce it, possibly Keegan if, as we expect, it's good news for City. Cheeseman again, maybe :)

But no warning. Like the APT judgment, just keep an eye out for tweets around March / April time :)
