PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That’s interesting, very interesting indeed.
You’d think he’d be there in some capacity rather than letting Liverpool have whoever the fuck they want instead, unless none for the pl people will be in attendance
Masters was at Everton last week…

No idea why Hansen will present the trophy but there's zero chance that either Masters or his female boss (whose name escapes me) won't be there.
We’ve had a few different people presenting the trophy over the years, Masters or last year Alison Brittain were there on the platform, but they didn’t present it.

Masters is at Anfield. Being interviewed at Sky waxing lyrical about Liverpool
I’ve just seen it and apparently he is going to present the trophy !
So much for the article in the Torygraph about Hansen. Either the DT got it totally wrong or the PL have reacted to the optics and changed it. Masters looked a bit over the top in his interview - just a bit too giddy !
And a right smug ****.

I think they’re withholding City’s success over the 130/115 charges until the season ends.
I also note that Alan Hansen will present the EPL trophy to the Dippers today instead of the usual Premier League hierarchy.
Seems to me to be a pretty strong signal that Masters etc are about to be sacked. No way do the PL want their grinning mugs in images of the trophy lift when they’re about the be disgraced !!!

Well the optics now are that he shows up to his favoured clubs and not others adding another reason to show that he is acting in bad faith

Honestly what a sham the entire process has become. Just because somebody decided to change the status quo of english football by investing their own money in a football club.

  • Waiting to see if Masters is at Anfield or not.
  • Looking at the calendar and inferring the result of the trial is not out so maybe we won
  • Haaland contract extension - Maybe we have won
  • Wirtz rejection - Maybe we have lost
  • FA in looking to hire some top management people - Maybe Master has been axed and we have won

The players and the management still have their millions to give them solace in any outcome. Its the supporters who suffer with all the waiting and mud slinging.
