The 20 clubs are paying for it aren't they? The government have already levied £10,000,000 a year for this shit doesn't do anything regulator.
Then they want the premiership to fund lower league football and the women's game, it's a shit show. We had the best league in the world and the most lucrative and we are allowing idiots to run it.

This 'anchoring' is the biggest fucking nonsense I've ever heard. Why should us, Liverpool or united be restricted to spending five times what Ipswich can spend? How does that help Ipswich, or other clubs with low revenues? And how does it help the PL as a spectacle? It's completely barmy.
