PL set to introduce ban on incoming loans between associated party clubs

I’m not sure I’m understanding your point…If you are saying we shouldn’t help the cartel in anyway I agree.
Yes mate. If they're trying to stop Newcastle or anyone else, you can be sure it's only to improve their own prospects and not for the good of the game :-)

Woolworths went bust because its business model stayed the same for a 100 years. It did not think the way people had changed their shopping habits mattered. The red shirts and the Premier League are exactly the same.
Do they not realise that if this rule is passed someone in the Saudi PFI will find a way round it ?
The easiest way is for Newcastle to buy Neves for market value in January and sell him back in May.
The PL and the cartel clubs cannot or will not accept that the way football is run has changed and will keep on evolving.

If we want a player from within the CFG then this doesn't stop us, as we have plenty of room within FFP to buy them. The only clubs it stops is those close to FFP so its clearly aimed at NUFC
The rags have had to loan players this season because they cant buy due to FFP when the take over happens it will exclude any players from Nice being loaned

They aren't able to due to FFP thats why this new rule is clearly aimed at them, the next step will be to ban transfers between clubs with related interests

FFP is over 3 years so yes they breach it this season but then sell him back on the first day of next seasons window (for a profit !!) surely they are not in breach for the 3 year period ?

If you are right, then the Saudi club simply cancel his contract, Newcastle sign him as a free on a short term contract and then the Saudis take him back in May.

They are close to breaching, adding an addition expense this season would mean they breach it within this current period. The second option could be seen as "getting around FFP" I'm sure there would be something to prevent that otherwise the Saudi club buys every player, cancels the contract and NUFC pick them up for free

OK cheers for the explanation. I still believe the PL are acting like dinosaurs. Football is changing. You move with the tines or die.

Give them an inch and they will take a mile, don’t help.
That's very short sighted. That leaves the red top cartel free to fuck us over. Don't forget we did exactly what they are now looking to stop Newcastle doing with Frank Lampard.
The game is evolving and the yanks have the upper hand at the moment.
