Depends where you're staying. Paphos is a big place but plenty of bars in the tourist areas and old town will be showing it.

Watched in a bar called The wild horse a bit out of town along the coast road towards the water park, was near our hotel, good spot with plenty of screens showing a few different 3 pm matches, there’s also a place called the triangle with a few bars that show football too, again along the coast road.
