You've got a right to be worried. He's also a mate of Irving Scholar and his cronies who appointed Platt as manager and then between them nearly wrecked our club (Nottm Forest). It was their collective mismanagement and attempt to screw all they could out the club that resulted in our relegation to League 1.

Come on somebody must have some facts to back up the anomisty on Blue Moon over this. Otherwise it just gives the impression of pyramid abuse, one says I can't stand him he is a Rag, two say yeah what a nob and so on until you end up with half the forum agreeing with each other.
This leaves people like me wonderring what all the fuss was about. All I can see from the forum is that he was on the Rag youth books and in the media questioned some players going to City just for the money (we can all name a few of these).

What has that got to do with my question? I am not defending him on whether he will be good or not, although I have faith in Mancini. I am trying to understand whether the hatred from a lot of fans has any merit based on anything factual or not.
