He is doing an excellent job for us, maybe more so than we realise. He has Mancini's trust. For that alone, in my mind, he deserves respect. Ah well; we'll have to agree to differ.

I have a view its hardly extreme and i think he is doing a decent job - think i have posted many times that he does a good job in front of the camera's post and pre match games and comes across well - but i would expect that of someone in his position.

But please lets not think that he bleeds blue when he cuts himself for me he is clearly doing a decent job but again i would expect someone in his position to earning his salary to do a quality job and as such i wont "gush" over him.
