Played for City only once.

Vuso is memorable for the hype up he got from Keegan. We all thought we had a 40 goal a season striker on our hands.

He played in a preseason game v Bury (or Burnley? ). I was there. Nothing about him stood out. Neither good nor bad as I recall.

He was never seen again.
Negouai also got great hype from Keegan.
Such hype elsewhere would lead to questions about links between managers and agents.
At least Negouai scored the winner against Rotherham(?), though these days it might have been disallowed.

Dom Sullivan
One of Billy McNeill's Tartan Army - he signed 10 Jocks (full signing or loan) and Sullivan played in the 0-0 1st leg League Cup game v Torquay away in 1983. I was there! Thought he did alright and was surprised a few days later he was sent packing back over the border. Fellow Sweaty Greame Sinclair played twice.
Sweaty...crackin name for em!

Just looking him up on Wiki, after City, Vuoso had 2 spells with a Mexican team and in his first spell he scored 57 goals in 102 games! Not far off a "Haaland" type of return!

Also, I'd forgotten all about this interesting news from Wiki.........

During his time with Manchester City, he, along with players Daniel Van Buyten and Djamel Belmadi, were the victim of a theft by two bankers. In total, workers at the Co-operative Bank stole more than £350,000 from the accounts of the three players. In January 2006, the bank workers, Paul Sherwood, a cashier, and Paul Hanley, his supervisor, were jailed for 32 months and 12 months respectively.
I remember this. The players had basically abandoned their uk bank accounts and these two clowns thought they wouldn't get caught if they just transferred the money out to themselves.

Ben Mee, Brandon Barker, Bruno Zuculini, Chris Chantler (I know someone who went to school with him), Djamel Abdoun, Emyr Huws, George Evans, Glauber Berti, Glenn Whelan, Gunnar Nielsen, Ian Poveda, Javan Vidal, Jeremy Helan, John Guidetti, Johnathan D'Laryea, Kaden Braithwaite, Reece Wabara, Ryan McGivern, Sam Edozie, Stuart Taylor, Neil Lennon, Terry Dunfield, Yasser Hussein.

So many prospects. Most of them shite.
So that’s the end of this thread!
