Bernardo?!!! Been awful this season
Sorry only people who don't understand football say this.
I think we need a 'stat player' and 'name player' of the season awards for those struggling:-)

Hahaha yeah mate. Been watching football as a season ticket holder for over 40 years but I don't understand football. I love this site sometimesSorry only people who don't understand football say this.

This is POTY. Bernardo has been nowhere near our best player this season.been below his standards but still bettrr than many in the league
I agree think it's been close between him and josko ,kovacic has pretty much been a constant 8 while josko has varied between 9and 6 where he has cost us goals and games ,so over the full season kovacic for meThe first season for a very long time where you can say that there's not been an outstanding candidate. I would probably go for Kovacic

Aye which is why Josko is my pick not bernyThis is POTY. Bernardo has been nowhere near our best player this season.
Agreed he's still better than many in the league
Kovacic for me, just ahead of Josko who unfortunately has had a few mistakes leading to goals. Nearly another against Forest
Just hoping Peps comments yesterday about him always being available hasn't jinxed himIf you start in almost every game you are bound to make more mistakes, as fatigue, both physical and mental, plays a role.
I'd say that one of the main reasons why Dias hasn't been as impressive as in his 1st season is that he has played too much football and couldn't get proper rest, physically and especially mentally.
Some fan favourites never play 50, let alone 60 games, in a season and we don't know whether they can handle it. Apparently, only Rodri's level doesn't drop from playing too many games, but the price for it was a bad injury.
All the mistakes notwithstanding, we'd be properly fucked without Josko. He is close in terms of goals to the other players not named Haaland while featuring at the back in almost every game. Pep's player of the season for a reason.
