Player ratings for the season

Hart - 7 (A backwards step from last season, a few more mistakes, certainly not as good as he last campaign. Really needs to work on his distribution).
Pantillimon - 7 (Only given the opportunity in cup competitions, but did well enough. very harsh not to start him agaisnt Wigan)

Zabaleta - 9 (Our clear leader in the Player Of The Season race, he's really stepped it up this season, consistently excellent).
Richards - 6 (Hard to rate based on very few appearances due to injury, when he played he was average however)
Maicon - 4 (Poor signing, no pace, seems to have lost his crossing ability, not someone who adds anything much to the squad)
Kompany - 7 (another, like Hart, who hasn't performed as he can. Missed a couple of months through injury)
Lescott - 6.5 (lost his place to Nastasic, but has performed well when called upon. Never comfortable when passing however)
Nastasic - 8 (Very young, very inexperienced, but looks a real quality player)
K.Toure - 6.5 (Similar to Lescott in that, when asked, he's played fairly well. Always going to be the backup but, when Kompany was injured he filled in well)
Clichy - 7 (Had a few pretty poor performances, especially the Cup Final, but overall he performed well. Clear number one left back ahead of Kolarov now)
Kolarov - 5 (I still don't think he knows whether he's a full back, a wing back, of a left sided midfielder. Whatever he is he does his job with a lack of pace, and his crossing is always at ankle height).

Barry - 6.5 (When on form he can stifle any opposition, when exposed his lack of pace, and his slowness of mind, are clear to see. Is this his last season at City?)
Yaya - 6.5 (Exceptionally gifted, exceptionally frustrating. Too often we have seen the lethargic Toure this season)
Garcia - 5 (The Premier League looks too quick for him. Occasional glimpses of a good player but overall a downgrade from De Jong)
Silva - 6.5 (A poor season by Silva's standards. Dropped off in terms of goals and assists)
Nasri - 5.5 (Would have been a 5 but he's stepped it up in the last 6 weeks or so. Hasn't come close to his Arsenal form since joining the club)
Milner - 7.5 (Always gives his all, might lack the quality of some squad players but makes up for it in endeavour)
Rodwell - 6 (Injury prone, and unable to really make an impact due to that. When he has played he's shown that there's a good player in there)
Sinclair - 5 (Hard to mark given his limited opportunities. However, when given game time, albeit irregularly, he's been toothless and inconsequential)

Dzeko - 6 (If I were marking Dzeko pre-Christmas I'd probably be giving him a 7 or 7.5, however if it were post Christmas this would be a solid 5. Important goals earlier in the season have been replaced with a lack of quality and effort recently)
Aguero - 6.5 (A very early injury seems to have hindered Aguero's entire campaign, he's never really got going. 6.5 may be harsh, but after last seasons goal tally I expected much, much better than this from him)
Tevez - 7 (At times looked our only threatening striker, decent if not spectacular)
Balotelli - 5 (Lack of effort or desire, clearly didn't want to be here from the start of the season.)

Mancini - 6.5 (With the squad we've got we should be doing much better than finishing pretty much 10 points behind United, losing the FA Cup Final to a far inferior side, and crashing out of Europe without a single win.)

Hart - 6 - Decent, too much errors. Backwards steps from former seasons

Pantillimon - 5 - Only seen him in FA CUP games against piss poor oppsition. Did his job fine against Chelsea though. Should have started against Wigan

Zabaleta - 10 - He is not the perfect full back. Not the best attacking, not the best defending (not far away on defending bit though) but commitment, determination and consistency makes him one of the best

Richards - 4 - Has done f*ck all this season. Some people wants him out of the club. I think he must stay, but this season has been shit, ruined by injuries
Kompany - 6 - NOT AS GOOD AS LAST SEASON. Were world class last season, been decent at best this year. We have seen glimpses, but not enough to verify a high rating

Lescott - 5 - Done the job he has been set to do OK. Nowhere near the level required

Nastasic - 8 - Secound best player of the season. Gonna be a big player this one

K.Toure -7 - Been good when is services have been required

Clichy - 7 - If you look away from the Cup final, he`s one of our most consistent players

Kolarov - 2 - Started okay, ended shit. Fuck of back to Serbia please

Barry - 5 - When an unsung hero, starts making game costing errors, he havent done his job. Was good, but past it

Yaya - 5 - Inconsistent as fook. On his day, the best there is.

Garcia - 5 - Slow, but seems like an allright player. Not sure if good enough

Silva - 6 - SOme good games, some important touches, but goes missing way too much. Probably tired

Nasri - 4 - Fuck of back to France

Milner - 7 - Really like him. One of our better players this season

Rodwell - 7 - Very little gametime, but shows glimpses of the player he can become

Dzeko - 5 - Started good, ended shit

Aguero - 6 - When he is good, we are good. Been under par far too often this season

Tevez - 6 - Some people glorify him, but he has been average like the rest. Works hard though

Is this serious?

We were runners up in the league and cup and had the best defence in the league ffs
 
I don't think Zabaleta deserves a nine this season, not with Nastasic getting a lower rating than him that's for sure

At least there's a few we wont have to rate next season. I don't see sinclair on the list. Ah well didn't see much of him on the pitch either!
