Here is another link to my blog, showing a recent article where I have rated the players on their performances so far. Feel free to disagree, and post your comments either there or on here. Thanks

Steve,
your comments on the individual players progress so far this season is a fair reflection on their performances both accurate and objective.

amazing, fucking amazing. I really dont get it, Robinho has scored 11 goals(only 1 penalty), when he plays we score over 3 goals, he is a joy to watch, he brings happines to everyone around city and he is a world star but still nobody rate high as they should. He is playing amazing but still kompany zabaleta swp and ireland is better than him. truly amazing

Would I be correct in assuming that you are younger than 16 years and do not live in the UK?

Good personal assessment, how you cant rate Robinho A+ is rather strange,.Not convincing away from home ?, moments of brilliance?.
The whole team havent been convincing away from home and not many individual moments of brilliance.

Crikey, without doubt he is the best player and signing we have, closely followed by Zab, Ireland.

Thanks for all the feedback.

In response to rastus, I will say that this is a review of how the players have done so far this season, not just their capabilities in general. So, although I agree that Robinho is our most talented player, I believe that Ireland has outperformed him this season. Maybe my expectations of Robinho were higher than what he has produced, whereas Ireland has exceeded my expectations of him.

so you expected that Robinho will score more than 11 goals in his first season in PL for a team who is fighting for relegation?? If Robinho was in Chelsea he would have scored more than 11 because of the players around him

Don't get me wrong, I think Robinho has done very well for us. I was just marking him on his all-round contribution to the club - so he got marked down for the Tenerife debacle. Personally, I believe Ireland, Zabaleta and possibly SWP have all done better, and contributed more to the team than Robinho.
