regardless of your opinion of them both, there natural position is very different to young Brunos.

A genuine question:

Do you actually believe the stuff you post, or are you just on a wumming mission ?

Yeh I agree, Zucculini is a box to box player, more similar to Fernandinho than Fernando, we won the league twice without a designated holding player in the starting 11. We don't need one, except maybe for the odd European away game.

Now, do you understand all that, or do you want me to draw you some pictures?

Thank you for your kind offer my friend, but, based on the opinions you post on this board, I suspect even my limited knowledge of game is significantly in advance of yours. Well done for finally working out what Fernandos and Brunos respective positions are , this is a major step forward ;.)

I'm not inclined to click on your other longer post, the one where you re quote yourself, in response to me, but yes, I accept that a lot of posters on here have a downer on on Fernando, just as many had on de Jong and Zabba, I guess time wil again tell whether he too, will come good.

My question, not accusation, whether you believed everything you posted or wummed, wasn't specific to this thread, but your general contribution to the board and it seems that many think you do, although to be fair , this may be partly driven by your sometimes condescending posting style and predilection for what appears to be deliberate antoganism of other posters ( I myself am not in this burgeoning club as I would obviously have to value your opinion for it to have any kind of emotional effect on me ).

No thanks required for the unrequested feedback and I'm sure you'll place great value on it.

Ta ta for now and enjoy the game. X

I've never suggested Zucculini is a holding player, so not sure why you came to the conclusion that I've had some kind of change of opinion? The wider point I was making is that we don't need to play with a holding player (Fernando).

The team improved immeasurably when we started playing Barry and Yaya and De Jong got sidelined. I liked De Jong by the way, but the team was more fluid without him in it. I didn't rate Garcia, and I don't rate Fernando. Especially when we only have 2 centre midfielders, both need to be able to play box to box.

So you've admitted that my views on Fernando aren't wumming. You've now accepted my views on Zucculini aren't wumming. So what are you suggesting I have said as a wum? I'll be happy to address specific points for you, because I don't come on here to wum. The only other thing you've suggested is the some people didn't rate De Jong or Zabba, well I rate them both, so I'm really not sure what you're getting at?

Maybe you've just said it without thinking, but that's no problem, we've all got our minds on the game. Fingers crossed Fernando pulls a performance out of his arse and we win today!

Saw him in the Hearts pre-season friendly and didn't think he looked like somebody who was going to be a City 1st teamer. had little presence in midfield against limited opposition and looked a bit lightweight.
Valencia have now had a good look at him and thought he can't make an impact with them and if that is the case then he ain't going to be good enough for us either. Hopefully the lad can show what he is made of at Cordoba.

It seems that he played the last 25 minutes, in Cordoba's last match; did anyone watch the match and see his performance? Was not able to watch it myself.

Just seen about 10-15 minutes of his play, but he didn't stand out. Cordoba went behind soon as he came on and all he did was support the striker with runs behind the opponent's midfield and waiting for some lucky bounces or so. So it was hardly a typical CM performance with loads of passes and controlling posession, he basically just ran through the midfield after they managed to get the ball, but was barely involved in the build-up.

Thanks for the update, mate.

Hopefully, he gets the chance to play regularly and improves with time.
