Re: "Oh Pablo Zabaleta..."

To be fair, arsenal have 3 Germans in the squad but I'm not hearing anything about that out of the meeja either. Just want the argies to win it (although my head says Germany will get the job done)

Re: "Oh Pablo Zabaleta..."

Sat bored towards the end of a nightshift and youtube'd some vids of the Argentina fans at the world cup, always sound good on the telly. Came across this number, great vid and a couple of City tops being worn by the Argentina fans. One at the 1:10 mark of the vid.

Brasil, decime qué se siente

Good video that, nice to see City shirts and great song. The main verse sounded like Bad (Blue) Moon Rising. We should nick it.

Re: "Oh Pablo Zabaleta..."

Now Holland are out it's easy to support Argentina in the final. And I would love it for Aguero, Demichelis and Zabaleta to win it. Zabaleta deserves it more than any other. It will prove to so many professional footballplayers that with limited talent yet a fantastic attitude, this is the stage where you can end up. Nothing but admiration for this fecking man.

Haha yeah it's a crackin tune. It translates into something to the effect of Brazil how does ir feel to get owned in your own home - or similar.

If only I could think of a club we've owned in their own back yard recently.....hmmm.....

Re: "Oh Pablo Zabaleta..."

Put those flags down I can't see, anybody would think its a football game....

Re: "Oh Pablo Zabaleta..."

Just thought I would share this little write up about Zaba from yesterday's paper over here, the article is titled "The most deserving all-stars of the World Cup"

Pablo Zabaleta, Argentina: Steady, dependable, easy to overlook, the 29-year-old Man City roadblock has just gone about his business. A linchpin of a more pragmatic La Albiceleste than anyone could’ve imagined. That they have only been touched for three goals in six matches so far is a testament to how Zabaleta has played.

I really hope Arrgentina wins today and Zaba gets more of the recognition he deserves.
