I really like Samir. He's one of my favourite players. Can't wait to see him under Guardiola.
Loads of them will. He'll have to get in better physical condition if he wants to play a part. But then, I suppose he knows that and the same could be said for the vast majority of the squad.
Easily one of the most gifted players in our team.
Loads of them will.
I think Yaya Kun deBruyne and Nasri have all carried too much fat this year. I think the midfield engines of the two Fern's are wanting come the 60mimute mark (both blowing out of their arses in the second halves of both Madrid and Arsenal home games recently) Sterling and Navas are really physically weak, and everyone seems really injury prone and I don't think it's a secret why. They haven't been fit enough. Almost every team we've played has outworked us.
This will be the biggest change of all in Guardiola's first year.
If he goes into next season with some fire in his belly and with Pep coaching him he could be brilliant for us.
there is a reason he isn't in French squad.
I doubt Pep will have him anywhere near his first team.
unfit crab with no fight.
I think the challenge will be on the players. Chances are they'll be made well aware of the expectations and Guardiola will be able to see for himself within the first week whether or not each player is up to it.
Watching the Inside City training videos, it just looks like a kickabout between mates rather than actually getting them to graft.
Since Mancini left and we hired Mr Diplomat, the impression I get is that there's more of a desire to keep the players happy than to keep them fit.
You know full well he is not in the french squad because he retired 2 yrs ago after a fall out with the managerthere is a reason he isn't in French squad.
I doubt Pep will have him anywhere near his first team.
