What are you even arguing? Navas isn't a top player no matter how much you may like a try hard. A solid 7/10 squad player. He's hardly Hazard is he?

You said he wouldn't be in a top team,out of all the spainish players available he was on the pitch 2010 world cup final,just saying

I was obviously referring to him being a regular starter as a world class player in a top team. As I said, decent squad player which was how he was used by Spain.

Not really any other contenders. Aguero had a good spell in October - November but Silva has been consistently good.

If Aguero goes on a tear from here until the end of the season then maybe. Otherwise you're probably right

We need to find David Silva's feet a lot quicker.

He gets into fantastic positions, but the defence and holding midfielders struggle to find him quick enough. Yaya as a deep lying playmaker has the actually ability to find Silva early, but we all know about Yaya's defensive issues.

It's definitely something we should be working on, taking advantage of the positions Silva gets into by giving the ball to him a lot earlier.

I've been saying for a while now that we need to change the formation and that we should be playing 2 actually centre mids with silva playing a deep lying playmaker role (like he did yesterday) with 2 wide forward either side of Kun.

I can see him ending up there but too soon right now. He is so intelligent and not reliant on pace that he could continue playing for many years to come yet - injuries permitting.

I hope he retires with us.

Yep! Yet some people would trade him for other players. I wouldn't trade him for ANYONE! We are privileged to have him.
