I'd feel much more confident playing in a defence with Joe Hart behind me than I would with

But he doesn't "save us so many times", we're not the type of side that relies on our goalkeeper "saving us".
He does make some good saves, but then again what goalkeeper doesn't? In Joe's case one of his strengths is that he often doesn't have a lot to do but is able to maintain his concentration and still pull off a good save.
On the other side of the coin that's why Pants looks a world beater at Sunderland , he's kept busy all the time, but struggled here because he had so little to do.

Sorry that's trash mate. Every match in Europe (barring the odd one like Plzen), Hart is among the busiest players on the pitch and he has saved our arse countless times. Not to mention last week's derby, where Smalling scores and we lose 1-0 against most other goalies.

I wouldn't want any other goalkeeper in the world over Joe Hart. That's how good he is.

Everyone makes mistakes. I remember Neuer dropping a clanger against Arsenal in the CL.

The genuine world class players show their ability in how they bounce back. 5 minutes after Joe's mistake he pulls off a top class save to protect our restored lead.

If that doesn't give people confidence then I don't know what will.

The odd mistake once in a bluemoon isnt so bad tbf, all goalkeepers make them at least once a season tbf. He's a world class keeper regardless that has saved our arses so many times...last week and today being a couple of examples.
