Had the pleasure of watching him in the flesh for the first time yesterday and i liked what i saw. Calm, intelligent, great control and vision and good in tight situations.
Given a bit more time and responsibility and could turn into a diamond.

Hehe, more realistic one, I'd say. We haven't seen yet what two of them could do together so let's wait. One thing is sure, he won't have as much ball as he did yesterday with David on the pitch.

I know it's your opinion, but I don't understand what you mean by it! I, rarely, ever (if fact never, come to think of it!) gush about a player in their first games. But, this kid has such an adaptable brain, to a situation, it's astonishing!

If Silva, being on the pitch means less touches for him, that changes nothing. In his first game, we saw his first time pass for Navas to spectacularly fook up and yesterday we saw his incisive flick out, from left to right, allowing Aguero that fluffed chance, courtesy of the defender trying to intercept KDB's pass.

My point is, he's extremely adept at maximising any minimum involvement, already.

He's not a ball hogger.

Very impressive although I thought he tired towards the end and perhaps tried too many glory balls. But his display helped soften the disappointment of defeat

His capacity to shoot from 20+ yards should give him priority over Silva in the #10 role.

shunting Silva to wing is a problem though, as he doesn't track back. KDB does, certainly did at Palace when played at left wing, also has better crossing and speed than Silva.

He will offer so much to the team and, most importantly, he is a goalscorer too.
