It's only the arrogance of the English media that makes it even slightly surprising for anyone that the best player in Germany would also be one of the best players in England. If Aguero was going the other way, would they really be saying "yeah, but he hasn't proved it in Germany?"
 
Did he mean that goal? Was it scuffed and a fluke? If he meant to hit it like that, then that was a really great goal. When he puts the afterburners on and runs at the defence he is brilliant. Think he'd be better centrally than wide right but we have Silva. How lucky we are

Sadly not. He admitted in his post match interview that he didn't catch it properly and got a bit of luck.

Fairly humble and honest from him, compare it to the granny shagger lapping up the praise for his shinner a few years ago.

I'll have to catch up now on all the post-match reaction and comments. Nice waking up on a Sunday morning on the back of a 6-1 with 2 good games to look forward to on the box as well
