I always thought it was strange how the media made out that him moving to City would be bad for his career when everything pointed to the opposite.
1. Plays in a regular position unlike Liverpool.
2. Has a chance to win trophies unlike Liverpool
3. Earns more money than at Liverpool
4. Has an experienced manager used to working with world class players like Ronaldo and Aguero unlike at Liverpool
5. Has world class players like Yaya/Silva/Aguero to learn from and improve unlike at Liverpool
6. Doesn't have to carry the team and be burnt out unlike Liverpool.
From an English perspective it's the best move he could have made.
Quite disappointed by that, was one of the attributes I was most looking forward to, especially in tight European games.Pleased we seem to have drummed the diving out of him already.
Still don't understand anything he says on Twitter. Brilliant player, though!
